Final Grading in Edmonton - Certificate Handled For You
The City of Edmonton requires your property to be landscaped within 18 months of occupancy. Before any sod, stone, or fencing goes in, your lot needs final grading in Edmonton — and that requires a certificate signed by an Alberta Land Surveyor.
To get your landscape deposit/security back, your lot must pass final grading with the city.
We handle the whole process. We coordinate the surveyor, shape topsoil to approved elevations, and build a minimum 2% slope away from your foundation so water drains correctly and the city approves it.
Once grading is complete, we can move straight into sod installation or artificial turf — no waiting, no second contractor.
