Serene Construction Landscaping Inc. provides residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and snow removal services throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. All work is completed according to the scope outlined in your quote or agreement. Any changes or additions must be approved in writing and may affect project timelines.

Access and Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Please keep driveways, gates, and work areas clear of vehicles, bins, and personal items. Delays caused by blocked access, weather, or other site conditions will be communicated as soon as possible.

Materials and Workmanship

Natural materials such as stone, sod, mulch, and decorative rock may vary in color, size, or texture. Our team takes care to protect your property during work, but Serene Landscaping is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items hidden under soil or snow.

Warranty

All landscaping and hardscaping installations include a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Materials follow manufacturer warranties where applicable. Regular maintenance and care are required to preserve workmanship and warranty coverage.
